    100% Sprouted Sourdough Challah arrived on Friday afternnon, just in time for shabbat dinner. We warmed it a little bit and it was so delicious, inside was heavenly soft. We enjoy it everytime. We will keep ordering the Challah and other products.

    This we love! Thank you 😊 for making this beautiful 🍞!!! All the sourdough products are great as we cannot eat the wheat without the sourdough process. My husband is diabetic and this bread is safe for him and me. My son likes the white bread, and he's fussy.

    This Challah was beyond my expectations! Several in my family suffer from Gluten sensitivity and we had given up Challah for Shabbat. A Holistic health practitioner we see recommended your company. I'm glad to say after eating 1 loaf of bread, 2 loaves of Challah and a pack of tortillas that we can all eat the sprouted sourdough products!!! I thank G-d for what you do and the way you do it!

    This sourdough is so fresh and clean that I had no allergic reactions to it at all, unlike with other wheat products, as well as no digestion problems at all, unlike withother wheat products. It is very hearty and satisfying, has an excellent chew, and tastes great warmed up, sliced open, then slightly toasted, with either a little butter or soft cheese or jelly. My favorite jam/jelly with this loaf after trying 10 flavors are: 1. Fig & 2. Strawberry.

    Delicious healthy Soudough Sprouted Challah! We heated in oven right before sundown on Friday and it filled the house with a wonderful home baking aroma! The family and guests loved it, raving about the rich nutty flavor and hearty nurturing texture. It was especially tasty with soup, salads, dips and stews. It also had a subtle sweetness and it was hard to believe that it had no added sugars or yeast. It was super satisfying!
