We were so excited to try this pizza crust - and it didn't disappoint! I am new to having some dietary restrictions, so not everything we are trying tuns out good... however this crust was GREAT! It has great flavor and crunch and is super easy to use. Tonight was a "I'm tired and don't feel like cooking" so this was a great option - in about 15 mins we had delicious homemade pizza! <3

I love these pizza crusts. So healthy and fun to make. We normally dust it with olive oil, ricotta cheese, fresh garlic, yellow/red peppers and kalamata olives. Today for the first time, I made it as an open face sandwich as I had run out of my Organic Bread of Heaven sourdough bagels which I usually use! I put a thin layer of organic mayo, a turkey slice, romaine lettuce, avocado and a slice of American cheese and put it in the oven for a few minutes. It was so delicious! These would be fun for kids to make their own pizzas, too, so I could see where this could be a fun family dinner event.

This was our first order, and so far we only got to taste the bagels, the tortillas, and the mini pizza. Everything has a wonderful taste and texture. My favorite things about it all is that it's a family business we are supporting, and the products feel homemade yet professional. Plus knowing that there are sprouted AND sourdough items, which is literally impossible to find anywhere else, and is the healthiest way to consume grains, makes me absolutely ecstatic! So far the mini pizzas have been my favorite, as my son loves pizza, and since I want to give him the healthiest food, I have been making them myself. With these mini pizzas, we are only 15 minutes away from a personal pizza, and even he can make one for himself. Win win. Thank you so much for the wonderful product and wonderful company!
