However upon further research realized all the companies making it were cheating! So when I found out that sourdough made correctly was GF!! Wow, what a revelation! Then my hunt began to find real sourdough! There is only one bakery, "Organic bread of Heaven" that's doing it right! This English Sourdough Muffin is the best!! And I used mostly organic ingredients such as the cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes ... except the ham, which was merely 'natural.' I toasted the muffins, which were split in half, before adding the sauce. They were filling, satisfying, tasty, and you could tell they were good for you! Thanks for providing people this great organic sourdough line! It is very helpful for my blood sugar issues!
