My nutritionist told me about Bread of Heaven and suggested I give your sourdough products a try. I'm so glad she did! I love all three products I purchased.     They really are so versatile! My tip is toast them on 3-4 to get that crispy edge for your butter and sprinkle some pink sea salt!

For me, I just like them toasted with some salted butter, but I've used jam or nut butter, honey butter (also yummy), etc. They do double-time in our household and get used for burgers and sandwiches too!

However upon further research realized all the companies making it were cheating! So when I found out that sourdough made correctly was GF!! Wow, what a revelation! And I used mostly organic ingredients such as the cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes ... except the ham, which was merely 'natural.' I toasted the muffins, which were split in half, before adding the sauce. They were filling, satisfying, tasty, and you could tell they were good for you! Thanks for providing people this great organic sourdough line! It is very helpful for my blood sugar issues!
