    Years ago, we used to get a sourdough bread from French Meadow bakery. Unfortunately, they stopped supplying bread nationally, and since then, we've missed their products. I found Bread of Heaven on the internet and decided to try a few of their products. All I can say is, WOW! The whole wheat sourdough is perfect for us! If you're looking for a very tasty, healthy bread, this is the one for you. We freeze the bread as soon as it arrives, and then take out individual slices as needed. It takes just a few minutes to defrost, and you can either eat it toasted or untoasted. My preference is to toast it and enjoy the perfect crunchy texture. I haven't tried the rolls yet, but I know that Bread of Heaven will be our go-to brand for bread!

    I buy all the sourdough breads and rotate for a variety of flavors. It's hard to say which one would be my favorite. This bread is very healthy in every way and I'm so happy to have found it. I order enough to last for 6 weeks, freeze all but one loaf at a time. Thawed out, it still tastes like fresh baked bread! Especially if I toast the frozen slices, they come out warm like right out of the oven.

I've never been too big of a bread eater, but once I started eating this bread I fell in love with it. This bread tastses great, especially toasted with butter. It still tastes great after being frozen.
