You Only Need Two Things to Make these AWESOME sandwiches….
* Organic Bread of Heaven Chocolate Chip Cake Muffins
* Your Favorite Ice Cream (Ours Is Below)
…. but to make the complete recipe as we LOVE, you can use our favorite ice cream recipe!
Heavenly Ice Cream Recipe
In A Small Saucepan Bring to Boiling, while stirring with a whisk:
2 c. oat milk
1/4 c. tapioca starch
In a high speed mixer, blender, or with a hand mixer, whip:
1 can of chilled coconut milk
2/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp real vanilla extract
Combine cooked mixture with whipped milk, and:
16 oz your choice yogurt (We use coconut)
Pour into silicone molds (we use muffin molds for the perfect size) and freeze for a few hours.
Split muffins in half and insert frozen ice cream circles.
Freeze for another couple hours if desired, or serve them immediately.
These do become quite solid in the freezer if you freeze them again, so you may want to let them sit at room temperature for just a couple of minutes, which makes them PERFECT!!!
This ice cream recipe is also great if you put it into an ice cream maker and whip it up for on the side of your favorite OBOH cake or cookie!!
