Ingredients

1.5 lb Sliced Fresh Mushrooms

8 oz Your Choice Yogurt

2 tablespoon flour of your choice

½ cup water
-
½ cup chopped onion (1 medium)

1 clove garlic, minced

Water or Oil to Sauté Mushrooms
- Sea Salt & White Pepper, to taste

3 cups Cooked Organic Bread of Heaven Sprouted Sourdough Corkscrew Pasta
Directions

In a small bowl stir together yogurt and flour. Stir in water and salt & pepper; set aside.

In a large skillet cook and stir mushrooms, onion, and garlic in water or oil (We use water) over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain any excess liquid.

Stir yogurt mixture into skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Serve over pasta.
