One Quick & Scrumptious Recipe! Mushroom Stroganoff

Our family is excited to bring you this recipe! One of Our Favorites!!

  • 1.5 lb Sliced Fresh Mushrooms

  • 8 oz Your Choice Yogurt

  • 2 tablespoon flour of your choice

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup chopped onion (1 medium)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Water or Oil to Sauté Mushrooms

  • Sea Salt & White Pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups Cooked Organic Bread of Heaven Sprouted Sourdough Corkscrew Pasta


  1. In a small bowl stir together yogurt and flour. Stir in water and salt & pepper; set aside.

  2. In a large skillet cook and stir mushrooms, onion, and garlic in water or oil (We use water) over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain any excess liquid.

  3. Stir yogurt mixture into skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Serve over pasta.

  4. Makes 4 servings
