Our Family’s Favorite Layered Pudding Recipe

To Make Our Layered Pudding You Will Need:

6 cups of pudding (exactly the following recipe) 
2 pkgs of Organic Bread of Heaven Vanilla Wafers or Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies
3-4 bananas (for Layered Banana Pudding)

Vanilla Pudding      

2/3 c. maple syrup                                           5 c. milk

6 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch                          1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. sea salt

Mix maple syrup, starch, and salt; gradually blend in milk.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens.  Cook 2 or 3 min. longer.  Add vanilla.  Let slightly cool before layering. Once you are done layering your pudding, chill until firm!
