This pico de gallo is a delicious addition to your tacos, but what about a great snack?… You can simply heat your tortilla over the stove or toast them in the oven til crisp and scoop up some of this delicious and fresh salsa! It definitely beats any salsa you’ll ever buy in the store. In fact, we have it a few times a week at minimum!!

First of all, be sure all your veggies are certified organic!

Choose medium ripe, but slightly firm tomatoes….

Pico De Gallo Recipe

3 medium tomatoes, chopped

1/2 small/medium yellow onion chopped

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, minced

1/8 cup minced jalapenos

juice from half of a lemon

2 tsp sea salt

Mix ingredients well and enjoy!!!!!
