Our family uses olive oil in not only our baking, but our daily salads. It is also great for homemade mayonnaise, and much more!
We use olive oil in our Tortillas, Challah, Beautiful Buns, and in our Dairy Free Butter, which is an ingredient in our Cookies and Pies!!

Coconut Oil is an excellent source of the good fat you need! Our family has chosen this as one of our top oil sources for years! It does not lose it’s great health properties at high temperatures, making it great for baking! It contains many nutrients not found anywhere else and is the good fat your body needs!
