Try Our Family’s Favorite Hummus Recipe – Sesame FREE!

Here’s another great recipe from our family for you to try! Makes the best Hummus for Sandwiches or Wraps with Organic Bread of Heaven bread or tortillas! Yum! So Good For You & DELICIOUS!!! 
And YES… we don’t need sesame as another filler… We like to keep our ingredients minimal!! 

Serving Suggestions:

One of the BEST snacks!! Serve as a snack on toasted bread or cut our tortillas into squares and bake them for a few minutes to make your own healthy and corn free tortilla chips!! 

Make A Delicious & Healthy Meal!

Spread hummus into your favorite Organic Bread of Heaven tortilla and fill the rest with veggies and sprouts!!

Use some Organic Bread of Heaven to Make a toasted sandwich with hummus and your favorite veggies!! 

Here’s the Recipe!! 🙂

Original Hummus Recipe

2 c. garbanzo beans, cooked

6 T. lemon juice

½ c. water

4 T. oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tsp. sea salt

½ tsp. ground cumin

2 T. cilantro or parsley

1 pinch cayenne pepper

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
