The Bruno Family’s Pasta Salad Recipe

1 lb. Organic Bread of Heaven Pasta (Pictured are two variations – one with the Sprouted Corkscrew Noodles and the other is the Sprouted Penne Sourdough Noodles)

1 c. chopped celery

1/3 c. finely chopped red bell pepper

1 Tbsp. minced jalapeno, (optional)

1/3 c. chopped red onion

½ c. milk substitute

½ c. mayonnaise of your choice

2½ Tbsp. cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives

1¼ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. ground red pepper

¼ tsp. white pepper


Cook pasta. Transfer to colander and drain. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl until blended.  Add cooled pasta and toss to coat.
