    Plain outta the bag? Eh, meh. However toast em and hot damn now we are cooking with gas! The toasting creates a marvie crunchy initial bite, into an almost creamy chewy effing flavor explosion! I simply inhale em plain as often as with an added topping!

    I’m lactose intolerant and haven’t been able to find English muffins the taste good. These were exactly what I was looking for. Simple ingredients makes them a healthier choice then what you find in the grocery stores.

    I love breakfast sandwiches, toast, English Muffins...easy to grab and eat food. I have a sensitivity to foods with gluten, and non-organic breads because of their processing. My nutritionist told me about Bread of Heaven and suggested I give your sourdough products a try. I'm so glad she did! I love all three products I purchased. The English Muffins are delicious, and very light and airy when they're toasted! I will most definitely be purchasing these again. Thank you for delicious, quality made breads!

    They really are so versatile! My tip is toast them on 3-4 to get that crispy edge for your butter and sprinkle some pink sea salt!

And I used mostly organic ingredients such as the cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes ... except the ham, which was merely 'natural.' I toasted the muffins, which were split in half, before adding the sauce. They were filling, satisfying, tasty, and you could tell they were good for you! Thanks for providing people this great organic sourdough line! It is very helpful for my blood sugar issues!
