I love spelt, love the "sprouted" from Organic Bread From Heaven, so when I saw the sprouted spelt pasta, I simply "had" to try it. I didn't quite know what to expect, so was a little cautious in the preparation. It is easy to prepare - cooks more quickly than the boxed pasta you can buy at the grocery store. It didn't disintegrate into the cooking water, held its shape. When cooked, it was not too hard (I absolutely hate the popular "al dente" - I want to eat my pasta not crunch it), but still held its form and texture when I cooked it a little longer than recommended. The best part - my favorite pasta dish was sooooo good! I also love the easy digestibility of the sprouted grains.

This is my first time buying/eating spelt sourdough pasta of any kind. I make ALL kinds of spelt sourdough food (bread, biscuits, pizza, and so on) but have so much going on I just haven’t made pasta. Anyway, these sprouted spelt sourdough noodles are perfection! They don’t have a grainy mouth feel the way store bought whole grain, and whole wheat noodles do. They are tender and delicious! Even better they don’t make me feel awful in my belly afterward the way commercial noodles of all kinds do. I am thrilled and plan to buy more!

I’m very thankful to have found your company. I have not eaten bread products in many years because of the corruption of the grains by the herbicides and pesticides and also the seed oils and not being sprouted etc. Grains are very biblical and it’s nice to be able to eat them again closer to how God created them.
