   This bread is so good. I have to eat gluten free and Low FODMAP and this bread doesn't cause any problems for me. I love the density and the flavor. I keep adding to my order every time. I ordered the dinner rolls for the first time in the Fall thinking that they would be good for the holidays. I didn't use them then so I've been using them for mini sandwiches or as a snack. Good thing I have a freezer!

   I made these at dinner over a few nights. They are a hit in my household! My husband and I found the taste to be pleasing, and they go with whatever protein and veggies you're making with your meal. They are of a dense (in a good way) quality; they fill you up with the fiber content. From the fridge, I popped them in the oven for about 6-7 minutes, added a pat of butter in the middle of each, and voila. You will feel good about the goods from this company. No tummy upsets. Digested well. :-)

   The dinner rolls are great and are the perfect size for sliders.
   The bread does freeze excellently and has the same great taste when defrosted.
