Finally I'm able to eat real bread!!! For anyone who's on a low FODMAP diet, you're usually stuck eating gluten-free bread, unless you can find real sourdough, with no yeast (most of what you can find in grocery stores has yeast or enzymes, which makes it a no-go for this diet). This is where Bread of Heaven has made my day! Thank you for this wonderful bread!!!

I am on my second order of their delicious oat sourdough bread. My first order was 7 loaves. This time I ordered 10. My family loves it. Gluten & yeast are very acidic to our bodies leading to inflammation, so I had to avoid all wheat products for over a year. This is so very hard to do. I missed eating bread with my meals even if it was a salad. I made delicious croutons with this bread to add to my salads. Their blog, https://www.ovenfreshdelivery.com/blogs/news/the-gluten-monster, is a must read for all of those who must avoid gluten. I never knew companies were adding vital wheat gluten leading me to think my body had wheat issues. This is copied from the blog. “An ingredient called “vital wheat gluten” (highly concentrated gluten) is added to make bread “predictable” when “processed” through machines in modern factories that stuff their “bread” with gluten, preservatives, yeast, and dough conditioners”. So in my opinion yet again, they are harming our bodies with another man-made unnatural ingredient such as vital wheat gluten for profit reasons. I have proved with my body my issue was not the natural gluten in wheat. I have been eating this bread almost every day with my dinner for a month now to have no reactions at all. I test my urine with pH strips to never be acidic after consuming this bread. I have searched for Sourdough bread that met our high standards for good organic food and came upon Organic Bread of Heaven. I ordered 2 loaves of the Rustic Sourdough- 1 for my husband and I and 1 for my parents to try. After sampling 1 slice with organic pastured butter, my Dad said, put in another order for 10 loaves, this isn't going to last.
I have made bread with many different types of organic root and nut flours with good results, but my husband and Father always longed for the old fashion bread they ate for many years. Thanks for a great tasting, organic and safe bread. We are going to be regular customers!
I love love love Organic Bread of Heaven! It has been so hard to find a place that sells real sourdough bread(without yeast). My husbands diet relys on it and my local store is always out of it. I found this place by seaching on the internet and had to try it out. IM SO GLAD I DID!! The bread is great and organic without GMOs. Best part, they deliver!!!! I cant wait to have fresh bread weekly. Im going to tell everyone I know!
This sourdough is unreal! I’ll definitely be ordering more. Better than any sourdough loaves I can find in California. They all have added yeast and folic acid, yuck! This bread is pure and tastes incredible.
I have been on a search for great bread for so long. I periodically search for real, healthy, organic sourdough on line from time to time in hopes I can find it. I love bread!! I do the best I can locally but am always feeling guilty about eating it. This bread is awesome and I can release the guilt knowing it is real, organic, healthy sourdough! My search is over.

To whom it may concern:
I recently purchased some of your bread. Attached is a video I made of using it in a soup.
Here are some of my suggestions:
1. Make some sourdough hamburger buns. Make a 4” and a 6” size. The 4” ones could be used as sliders. Try selling them locally to Hamburger places and Delicatessens. I believe they will sell because they are hard to find. Then, sell them on the net.
2. Make some sourdough biscuits. Wouldn’t they make a superior biscuit for biscuits and gravy? Or sausage biscuits? Also, sell the gravy mix along with them- both white and brown.
3. Make some croutons so I don’t have to make them myself.
4. Make some medieval rye bread. It will keep for a long time-several months at room temperature. It is made with a sourdough mixture. Your sourdough bread should last a lot longer than a week at room temperature. You need to research that. The rye bread would be great for Preppies. They could store several months supply. They could eat off the oldest first and replenish to always have an adequate supply.
5. Explain how supermarket sourdough has yeast added that negates the health value of the sourdough. Sourdough bread prevents the effects of the phytic acid and makes the bread easier for us to digest. These phytic acid molecules bind with other minerals, such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc, which make these important nutrients unavailable to us. Long slow fermentation of wheat can reduce phytates by up to 90%. Adding yeast puts the phytic acid back in!
