   Amazing! I am gluten free and tolerate all the sourdough from Bread of Heaven thus far. First time trying the pizza crust. It was a great texture and cooked from frozen to baked in 10 mins plus some broil time. Topped with hot honey! Yum!

   Delicious! We keep these in the freezer for a long time and they defrost well. Never dry, perfect thickness of crust for pizzas. We love them!

   We made a pizza and loved it. Crust was nice and crisp but still soft and doughy inside. Great flavor. Dress it up or down as much as you want, put some EVOO and seasoning on the crust...or don't. Very good. And the best part, because it's sourdough...I didn't feel sick or bloated or puffy the way I do after eating regular pizza.

   This pizza crust can be used right out of the freezer and into the oven. Brush olive oil on the crust, shake on some dried oregano, spread on sauce tomato and top with mozzarella- 12 minutes at 410 degrees. Top with fresh basil leaves and its lunch.

   Love this pizza crust. I wanted to make my own pizza, and have tried making my own crust - didn't like it. Didn't like what I could buy ready made at the store either. So, I decided to try this one. So glad I did! This crust is easy to use, tasty, does not get soggy with toppings, and is easy to digest. It also tastes great left over if you don't get it all eaten.
