To make a very delicious evening snack for those whose teeth are not strong enough for granola … prepare ahead: (directly out of the freezer), place one cookie per 1/2 cup custard baking cup and cover with morning boiling water, then keep in the refrigerator all day … add peanut butter (optional) - and enjoy!! Totally has satisfied “before bedtime food cravings”.
