Feel Safe Feeding Your Family the Heavenly Baked Goods You LOVE & Trust!! We go over and above to keep you safe from all the allergens we are free of. There is NO chance of cross contamination in our bakery!

What We Do To Keep YOU Safe!…

1. We check our ingredient sources for cross contamination and source direct to be sure none of the allergens we are free of are handled in the same facility. All ingredient suppliers are contacted directly and allergen statements are a minimum requirement before we begin talking to a new source… Really we just keep using the same places over the years though. We appreciate their dedication too!
2. No employees eat any of the above allergens on baking/delivery days. YES, you heard right!! All of our family/employees agree to refrain from ALL of the above allergens on baking days so there is not even a trace of allergens that could come to work with them! This is of utmost importance to us, but is unfortunately, overlooked by most companies! We want to keep YOU Safe!!
3. None of the Allergens we are free of EVER enter our facility including the break area, etc! There is NEVER a time the Allergens we are free of are welcome, EVER!
4. We use extreme measures of sanitation and cleanliness when baking! Hands and surfaces are washed between batches. Dedicated work uniforms are used and STRICT hand-washing and sanitation practices as regulated by the FDA. We also take a shower every morning right before work to keep clean and free of contamination.
5. We keep a closed facility… We don’t allow tours or extra walk-throughs… All inspectors are also required to follow the same sanitation practices, wear the same uniform, and follow all of our rules to be sure there is no cross contamination in our facility!
