Sproouted Spelt organic can't be beat. Wheat bread is hard on my gut, but I love the Spelt, don't want to be without.

Im in disbelief that I can eat bread/bagels again and these heavenly bagels hit the spot. Every store around me sells preservative filled breads with garbage inside so I stayed away from it for almost a decade. Now I get to enjoy these healthy sourdough bagels. They taste great with some goat cheese on top after a nice toasting in the toaster got my whole place smelling like a bakery ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars definitely ordering again right now. Everything in my last order was also phenomenal too, thank you !

To make a very delicious evening snack for those whose teeth are not strong enough for granola … prepare ahead: (directly out of the freezer), place one cookie per 1/2 cup custard baking cup and cover with morning boiling water, then keep in the refrigerator all day … add peanut butter (optional) - and enjoy!! Also, I avoid "whole grains', as valuable as they are, because of the harmful LECTINS thy contain, which damage the GUT - - at 93 'need to be especially kind to my gut. I'm glad they weren't the vulgar, gigantic bagels you find in most bagel shops. Plus, the ingredients are healthy, and nutrition information is something I can stand behind. Perfect with cream cheese or a nut butter.

In a world where we have to investigate all of our ingredients now to make sure we are eating real food I’m so grateful to have this life hack. I buy 8 healthy white sandwich bread loaves at a time and just keep it stocked in my freezer because we go through about 1.5 loaves a week. I’ve also tried the blueberry pie and it was spectacular. I keep stocked up on the sourdough pasta and the spelt pasta. It feels good to give my family real food and great ingredients. I have tried the pumpkin pie and the chocolate cake as well for Thanksgiving & birthdays. Thank you for making good food you guys!
