Allergy-Friendly French Toast Casserole

Breakfast Can Still Be DELICIOUS! EVEN With Allergies!!

It doesn’t take much time or effort to make this DELICIOUS Recipe!

  • 1 loaf Organic Bread of Heaven Sourdough (We used Whole Grain Sprouted Sourdough, but you can use your choice. Cinnamon Sourdough makes it extra special!)
  • 1 1/2 cups water or milk substitute
  • 4 tbsp organic hemp protein
  • 4 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp organic ground flaxmeal
  • 2 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup organic maple or date syrup
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg organic blackberries
  • 1 pkg organic strawberries
  • Organic Coconut Yogurt or Organic Dairy Free Cream, optional
  • Maple Syrup, optional
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cube or tear bread into 1 inch cubes.
  3. Whisk together Water, Hemp Protein, Chia Seeds, Ground Flaxmeal, Cinnamon, and Sea Salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl combine bread and liquid mixture and mix well.
  5. In a 9×13 pan or glass casserole dish, drizzle Maple Syrup or Date Syrup (of your choice).
  6. Add Bread Mixture and spread evenly in pan.
  7. Top with Blackberries and Sliced Strawberries.
  8. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until well done.
  9. Top with Coconut Yogurt or Dairy Free Cream of your choice!
  10. Drizzle with Maple Syrup, if desired!
