Breakfast Can Still Be DELICIOUS! EVEN With Allergies!!
It doesn’t take much time or effort to make this DELICIOUS Recipe!
- 1 loaf Organic Bread of Heaven Sourdough (We used Whole Grain Sprouted Sourdough, but you can use your choice. Cinnamon Sourdough makes it extra special!)
- 1 1/2 cups water or milk substitute
- 4 tbsp organic hemp protein
- 4 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 2 tbsp organic ground flaxmeal
- 2 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup organic maple or date syrup
- 1 – 8 oz pkg organic blackberries
- 1 pkg organic strawberries
- Organic Coconut Yogurt or Organic Dairy Free Cream, optional
- Maple Syrup, optional
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cube or tear bread into 1 inch cubes.
- Whisk together Water, Hemp Protein, Chia Seeds, Ground Flaxmeal, Cinnamon, and Sea Salt.
- In a large mixing bowl combine bread and liquid mixture and mix well.
- In a 9×13 pan or glass casserole dish, drizzle Maple Syrup or Date Syrup (of your choice).
- Add Bread Mixture and spread evenly in pan.
- Top with Blackberries and Sliced Strawberries.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until well done.
- Top with Coconut Yogurt or Dairy Free Cream of your choice!
- Drizzle with Maple Syrup, if desired!
