The quality of the bagels are unmatched, with a caveat.
They present as a dense, heavy, almost hard bread. I find them delicious, but my daughter did not appreciate them.
I have off the charts diverticulitis and this bread actually makes my gut happy, which no other bread really does.
Great product, great taste, while the texture and density may not appeal to all.
